My name is Caden Graffigna. I was born in 2007, and recently decided to start my own baking business! I've been baking for over 3 years, and love every bit of it. I'd like to believe that I do a fairly good job when it comes to my pastries, but that's not just for me to determine. Previous customers have left reviews saying that they love the size, taste, and texture of pastries such as the Miniature Chocolate Cake or Red Velvet Cake! Anyways, veering away from the baking, I also enjoy cooking, brewing coffee, and playing piano. I'm not as experienced with cooking as I am baking, but I can still make a good dinner if asked! Coffee is another one of my specialties. There's something so satisfactory about measuring out each gram of coffee beans and brewing them to perfection, that I can't help but find it therapeutic. Unfortunately, selling coffee isn't as easy as Starbucks makes it out to be. Piano is another one of those stress-relievers for me as well, playing those keys to musical euphoria while the notes dance around the room. Each and every one of these things is ten times better when I get to do them to and in front of other people, and that's why I started this business; for people to enjoy my crafts as well!

My family consists of me, my mother, father, and my brother. They're the main "taste testers" of this whole organization! Each and every one of them are the reason this business is up and running. I can't try my own food due to having allergies to both vanilla extract and eggs, so their feedback is what helps these pastries come out at the quality they do! Thank you family!
